Therapist in Dallas Offering In-Person Therapy with Limited Virtual Availability in Texas

As a therapist in Dallas, I provide primarily in-person therapy in Dallas with limited virtual availability for established clients in Texas. I earned my Master of Science in Counseling from Southern Methodist University and am a National Certified Counselor (NCC).

I believe every individual holds the potential for growth and healing. My goal is to create a safe, steady space where you feel supported, challenged when needed, and empowered to navigate life’s difficulties with clarity and confidence.

I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relational conflict, emotional regulation challenges, and major life transitions. I also work closely with families and couples who are seeking deeper connection and healthier communication patterns.

My approach is collaborative, structured, and intentional. I use humor when appropriate and I’m direct when needed. I wouldn’t describe myself as laid-back. I believe meaningful change happens when we balance warmth with honest conversations and clear goals.

As a therapist in Dallas, my primary clinical modalities include Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), EMDR therapy, Gottman Level 1 Couples Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Certified Clinical Sandtray Therapy, and Trust-Based Relational Intervention. I also incorporate CBT principles into my work when helpful.

While I primarily practice in person in Dallas, I do offer virtual therapy sessions for some clients. If you’d like to learn more about what therapy looks like before scheduling, visit our What to Expect page to explore how in-person and virtual therapy works.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy pottery, hiking, exploring local art scenes, and spending meaningful time with my family and friends.
