Dana Peeples, LCSW
Therapist in Dallas Offering In-Person and Virtual Therapy in Texas
As a therapist in Dallas, I provide in-person therapy in Dallas and secure virtual therapy throughout Texas. I work with adults and older adults seeking compassionate, evidence-based support.
I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work and have been in practice for 8 years. I also bring over a decade of experience supporting older adults in long-term care settings and working with individuals navigating cognitive changes.
I have a deep heart for supporting older adults and their families. Raised by my grandparents, I feel personally connected to the challenges that can come with aging, shifting family roles, loss of independence, and caregiving.
In addition to working with older adults, I support clients struggling with grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, and major life transitions. I aim to create a calm, compassionate environment where you can slow down, process what feels heavy, and begin building practical tools for moving forward with clarity.
I believe therapy is a partnership. I take a warm, nonjudgmental, and down-to-earth approach while helping you gain insight and confidence. My work is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based approaches including
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-based work, solution-focused strategies, strength-based therapy, and trauma-informed care.
If you are looking for a therapist in Dallas who understands aging, grief, and life transitions, I offer both in-person sessions in Dallas and virtual therapy throughout Texas.
