Catherine is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy. She will complete her doctorate in 2023. Catherine earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology as well as her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Texas Wesleyan University. Catherine has lived in the DFW area for quite some and calls Grapevine home.

Catherine has a plethora of experience, which has enabled her to feel confident and knowledgeable in working with clients struggling with a variety of issues. Catherine currently works weekends at Healing Springs Ranch as an admission coordinator. She educates and provides support to patients and families of patients being admitted. Catherine also has experience working with those suffering from addiction. She puts much focus on underlying issues instead of just the outward behaviors one tends to see in the turmoil of addiction. Catherine has worked with adults, couples, and families to provide a supportive environment where real change can be made and maintained even after therapy has been completed.

Catherine is very eager to always improve and learn more. She feels strongly about bettering herself as a therapist since her clients are looking to constantly better themselves by committing to therapy. Catherine is a very well-rounded therapist. She works very hard with her clients to get lasting results. Catherine’s previous work history has enabled her to confidently work with clients struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Self-esteem and Confidence issues, Bipolar Disorder, Addiction, and family conflict. She also thrives in working with the LGBT-Q community and other minorities.

Catherine truly loves what she does. She cares about helping others find happiness and a motivation to be content with their lives. She is eager to hit the ground running with her clients. Catherine believes with a good therapeutic relationship, motivation, and realistic goals, clients can make changes they want so they can enjoy their daily lives.
